This begins the moment you log on to our website through to you and your family enjoying years of trouble free use of the products. Should you require any assistance after delivery of the goods then simply follow the help procedures listed below.
Faulty Goods
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee for a minimum of 12 months (unless otherwise specified) from the date of purchase. Should you have a product that is faulty or has developed a fault within the manufacturer's guarantee, simply pack the item back in its original packaging (or other suitable packaging) along with all accessories and manuals and return it to:

Please remember to enclose a copy of your original delivery note or invoice with the faulty good along with a description of the fault. Upon verification of the fault we will either repair or replace your goods and return them back to you within 28 days.
Important Note: The guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of audio/video heads, etc), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc), cosmetic damage and the tuning of channels, poor signal quality and interference caused due to external connections with ariels or other products are not covered.
If our engineers do not find an electronic fault with your product or if the fault is not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee then you will be charged the full cost of the repair and any associated costs including delivery charges.
